Terms of Service.

By accessing serranoatelier.com (the "Site") or submitting an inquiry through it, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

Serrano Atelier is a bespoke digital studio based in Ohio, United States ("we," "us"). The Site is informational. Submitting "The Fitting" intake form is an inquiry only — it does not create a contract, engagement, or obligation on either party. Any paid engagement is governed by a separately signed agreement (SOW / MSA).

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for unlawful purposes or to send harmful content
• Attempt to probe, scan, or breach the Site's security
• Submit false, misleading, or automated/spam submissions
• Scrape, copy, or republish Site content without permission

All content on the Site — including writing, design, code, logos, and the "Serrano Atelier" name and crown mark — is owned by Serrano Atelier and protected by U.S. and international copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

Information you submit through the intake form is handled per our Privacy Policy. You represent that any information you submit is accurate and that you have the right to share it.

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Serrano Atelier shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the Site. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Site shall not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).

You agree to indemnify and hold Serrano Atelier harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Ohio, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
