Serrano Atelier ("we," "us," "our") is a bespoke digital studio based in Ohio, United States. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit serranoatelier.com or submit our intake form, how we use it, and the choices you have. For questions, contact chrollo.csllc@gmail.com.

02 / Information We Collect

When you submit "The Fitting" intake form, we collect:

Name and/or company name
Email address
Project type, scope description, and budget

We also collect standard server logs (IP address, browser, timestamp) for security and abuse prevention.

03 / How We Use It

To review your inquiry and respond within ~24 hours
To send transactional emails (confirmations, follow-ups)
To prevent spam, abuse, and rate-limit violations
To maintain records of client engagements

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We do not use your submission for advertising or marketing without your consent.

04 / Service Providers

We use trusted third-party infrastructure to operate this site:

Hosting & database (Lovable Cloud / Supabase)
Transactional email delivery

These providers process data only on our behalf and under contractual confidentiality.

05 / Retention

Intake submissions are retained for as long as needed to evaluate, respond to, and (if engaged) service the inquiry, plus a reasonable period thereafter for record-keeping. You may request deletion at any time by emailing us.

06 / Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction (including residents of California, the EU, and the UK), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, or to object to or restrict its processing. 07 / Cookies & Tracking

This site does not currently use advertising cookies or third-party tracking pixels. Strictly necessary cookies may be set by our hosting provider for security and session management.

This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
